We provide commercial restaurant building maintenance and related trades — including floors, tile and epoxy grout, stainless steel fabrication, plumbing repairs, painting, ceilings, doors, walls, and more — across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. We specialize in restaurant building maintenance and do not repair or service commercial food or kitchen equipment.
Requests submitted through the Site or by phone are inquiries, not binding orders. We may schedule a site visit to assess the work. Written estimates and quotes describe the scope and price and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Work begins only after you approve a written quote or agreement.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. A deposit may be required to schedule work; the remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific payment terms are set out in each written quote or agreement.
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the work area. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by material availability, site conditions, weather, and scheduling. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Any change to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order, which may adjust the price and the schedule.
We warrant our installation and repair workmanship against defects for the period stated in your quote or agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you. Natural materials vary in color and pattern; such variation is inherent and is not a defect. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, normal wear, improper cleaning, or work performed by others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to our services or this Site is limited to the amount paid for the work at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Site and its content are provided for general information only and may be updated, changed, or removed at any time. You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
